On 30.04.2009 the Court in Strasbourg announced that Case under 2930/2004 are eligible for consideration of all 6 judicial charges Savestin vs Bulgaria.
This case is a real precedent and a huge international scandal for Bulgaria.
Two of these charges are against the Bulgarian government, one is against the Bulgarian President George Parvanov, one is against the Interior Ministry, one is against a The Prosecutor’s office of Bulgaria and one is against the Bulgarian Prosecution and Investigation.

You were happy to have one handsome and smart, sunny boy, while I studied law, criminology, psychology and was fighting to survive in the fight with the state mob, so that I could have my child back.
If you do not tell the truth to my son, You are just as evil and immoral as the criminals!
Blood is thicker than water, and Savestin is my blood– give me back my child!

The case Savestin is a common noun in Bulgaria for a nightmare– he became a case of national, moral, criminal and political problem. But the state continues with its fight against one kidnapped child.
This is not by chance. The state banditry and militiaman attitude, consisting in not conducting investigations and searching the victims, stifle the country and justice.
The searching of the victims in Bulgaria is deliberately brought to absurd impossibility and to total helplessness of the victims! During the last few years there is epidemic of ostentatious abductions in Bulgaria, including of famous and very rich people who find themselves in the same sad and helpless position. None of the perpetrators of these abductions were found.
Moreover, Bulgaria does not have any institution for searching abroad for Bulgarians- victims of illegal trafficking.
Bulgaria had not searched for and had not found any child with Savestin’s destiny.
In Bulgaria I won civil trials against The Government, The Prosecutor’s office, The Investigating Authorities, based on the fact that Savestin never had a chance to be identified or searched, and because of the absurd in our justice I did not receive compensations so that I can organize private searching.
On 30.04.2009 I received official information, that in the Court of Strasbourg under № 2930/2004 are admitted for reconsideration all the six proceedings at law concerning the case Savestin. This is real precedent and a huge international scandal for the country. Two of the trials are against the Government, one- against the President Parvanov, one against the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) and the Capital Internal Affairs Department, and one against The Prosecutor’s office, one against The Prosecutor’s office and The Investigating Authorities. But still it is not clear what exactly will happen in Strasbourg, and the time drags heavily on…
For a single not big publication in printing European daily paper are needed of about 1500 EURO!
To engage detective agency are needed of about 35 000 EURO!
I am convinced that the Bulgarian authorities know how and where Savestin was sold but they cover channels for trafficking of children. In the MIA there are not only duffers, but it is the place where most of the crimes in Bulgarian are organized and covered.
Savestin never had the chance even for identification and those to blame are the MIA and The Prosecutor’s office because for his identification they were deliberately placing unfit low-quality pictures of him in the Interpol official site: http://www.interpol.int/public/Data/Children/Missing/Notices/Data/1997/98/1997_44998.asp
Indeed every Bulgarian is promised even before such misfortune happens.
